STRUGGLING WITH HEALTHY EATING?
I CAN SORT THAT TOO...
-
Do you struggle to put healthy meals together?
-
Do you find the whole thing confusing and need some quick ideas to get started?
-
Are you busy with life and feel healthy eating just takes too long?
Yes?
Then you’re in the right place.
You probably already know that eating healthily is important, but find it hard to know whether your meals contain everything you need to make sure you stay healthy.

Don't worry, you’re not alone, many people feel the same. It can be hard to know for certain if your plate’s got everything your body needs but I’ve got loads of great tips and easy recipes that’ll make your healthy eating goal a reality.
Many people come to me for help with their food intake as well as their fitness and they find eating better makes their fitness goals easier and gives them much more energy.
I love it when I get to buy my clients their ONE STONE Sweatshirt. Every weight management client that comes to me and loses weight gets a hoody when they lose their first stone.
To me its not good enough to know what you should and shouldn’t eat if you are hungry.
If you are hungry most bets are off.
To me its about eating food that will fuel your work outs, that will keep your body in great condition, contribute to your health and also keep you feeling full so its easier to say no when temptation is put in your path.
Hand size portions are a great way to control your food intake. Make sure each plate has 1-2 palm sized portions of protein rich food, a cupped hand full of unprocessed carbohydrates, a thumb sized portion of good fats and two big fists full of brightly coloured veggies This way you will feel fuller for longer, and control your calorie intake.
